DESCRIPTION

Working in collaboration with the Director of Quality & Risk Management, the Regulatory & Accreditation Program Manager functions as support for compliance with accreditation standards, and state and federal regulations. Under the general supervision of the Director of Quality & Risk Management, the position manages functions to prepare the local Ministry continuum to meet external standards for accreditation, state and federal regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• CSHA (Certified Specialist in Healthcare Accreditation), or must obtain within 1 year of hire.
• 3 years - Experience in an acute care facility.
• 2 years - Experience working with accreditation standards, and state and federal regulations.
• Patient experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree - Nursing or Healthcare related field.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) upon hire.
