    The Accreditation Program Manager has a key staff role in supporting the Health System with compliance to accreditation standards as well as state and federal regulations. Under the general supervision of the Executive Director of Accreditation and Regulatory Services, the position will manage processes for external accreditation, licensure, and certification of system acute care entities and other facilities; perform staff duties in support of system initiatives; and take a lead role in developing and implementing new processes, technologies, and resources for knowledge transfer related to accreditation services programs. In addition, this role supports, in partnership with Patient Safety, the implementation of Caring Reliably and processes to support Providence in becoming a transparent, learning organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or another clinical discipline.
  • Upon hire: Active license in field of clinical study.
  • 4 years Quality management, clinical quality improvement, accreditation or risk management function in an acute care facility or multi-facility health system.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s Degree
  • CPHQ or CJCP
  • 1 year Prior experience managing a clinical care department or unit
