Salary: USD $16.50/Hr.
Description and Responsibilities:
Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) is a Department of Mental Health (DMH) funded service that is designed to deliver evidence-based interventions within a clinically focused model. Individuals served are diagnosed with mental illness or dual diagnosis and reside in the community, either in their own homes, apartments, or in group living environments. Our services focus on helping people transition to a more independent environment while maximizing their natural supports by building skills and achieving personal goals. The ACCS teams are tight knit, supportive and multidisciplinary. Open Sky’s talented clinicians, substance use counselors, nurses, peer staff, housing counselors, outreach counselors, and direct care staff provide quality, compassionate care to the individuals served at ACCS.
The Administrative Assistant will provide overall administrative support to the ACCS North County Integrated Teams. The Administrative Assistant will perform general office duties which include office support to the programs as needed, answering phones, typing documents, filing, copying, maintaining accurate and timely records/files, and operating the computer.
In addition, the Administrative Assistant will:
- Greet, direct, and support visitors.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Sort and distribute daily mail, ensure accurate and timely communication of pertinent information.
- Track stock of office supplies and order when needed within budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Alternative education/experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Three years related experience and/or post-high school business training, preferred.
- Experience with MS Word and Excel, preferred.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
