We are looking for 2 x ACE Support and Operational Engineers with a strong technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in ACE operations and support, coupled with advanced troubleshooting capabilities and knowledge of key technologies.

SKILLS:

  • ACE Operational Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ACE operations.
  • ACE Support Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience providing technical support for ACE environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to address technical issues, flow-related problems, and tracking concerns.
  • Proficient in Azure and/or OpenShift Pipelines.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Expertise in IBM ACE (App Connect Enterprise) and its integration processes.
  • Experience with IBM MQ (Message Queue) and IBM MQ MFT (Managed File Transfer).
  • Familiarity with Elastic Stack for monitoring, logging, and performance analysis.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and expertise in ACE operations and troubleshooting.

  • Providing support for each of the timezones: EMEA, AMER and APAC.

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues, flow-related issues, tracking problems, and other operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth pipeline operations and infrastructure management.
