• Involved in M&E / ACMV / HVAC projects
• Manage and monitor project works
• Manage project schedule, cost and quality and site safety.
• Manage, plan and lead project team
• Ensure successful, cost-effective and timely project delivery.
• Interface and liaise with customers, consultants and contractors.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers
• Project procurement.
• Project meetings and reviews to ensure targets are met.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Construction / Building related)
• With 3 years of project management experience in ACMV
• Able to define project work scope, requirements and specifications, and identify, allocate resources for executing the project from start to completion.
