Description:
Cosmetic Physician Partners (“CPP”) is building and operating the premier network of medical aesthetic clinics in the United States. We provide our growing network of 46 clinics with exceptional support, a world-class leadership team, and an unparalleled brand experience.
CPP is looking to add another Acquisitions & Integration Analyst to its team in Calgary, AB. As a member of the Acquisition & Integration team, you’ll help evaluate prospective acquisitions, drive due diligence workstreams, and lead systems integration. Success in this role has an outsized impact on the ability to generate value with a clinic partner and for CPP as a whole.
QUALIFICATIONS
- One to four years of accounting, valuation, corporate finance, M&A, or consulting experience
- University or an equivalent undergraduate degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to quickly develop trust and personal connections with clinic owners and staff
- Proven problem-solving skills, both with numbers and words, and a focus on output
- Exceptional time and process management skills and the ability to independently lead multiple varied workstreams
Location: Our Acquisition & Integration team is located in downtown Calgary, where we collaborate in person several days a week.
Travel: Expect 1-2 trips per month to the US, each lasting 2-3 days.
Success Stories: We aim to identify and add new clinic partners quickly and seamlessly. When done well, changes are hardly noticed by clinic staff and the new tools and resources that are available are appreciated. Since the start of 2022, CPP has successfully added 46 locations to the partnership. Our partners are leading national and global experts in the medical aesthetics industry, enabling CPP to deliver world class patient experiences and outcomes.
Interview Process: Expect two case-based interviews where we delve into solving problems and thoughtful discussions.
