Description:

This role will report to the Acquisition Project Manager and will help to support the daily acquisition operations for Best Friends Pet Hotel including but not limited to providing acquisition support and assist in identifying, analyzing, developing, and streamlining key functional process areas for Finance, Operations, and HR Departments. The Acquisition Project Assistant is detail-oriented, is able to work independently and collaboratively, and possesses a medium level of analysis/problem solving.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 - 3 years of Acquisition or Administrative experience, in the services/hospitality field preferred
  • Experience building rapport and interacting with key stakeholders and internal and external partners.
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track vendor transfers to ensure timely execution, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Accurately input and update data in company databases and systems, ensuring high standards of data integrity and precision.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure data alignment across various systems and databases.
  • Conduct in-depth research to gather, analyze, and interpret information relevant to project goals, ensuring findings are accurate and comprehensive.
  • Drive operationally excellent, predictable and repeatable processes, using metrics, to achieve the required outcome of financial performance across the Company.
  • Manage and perform special projects and duties as assigned
