QUALIFICATIONS MINIMALES :

  • Plus de 7 ans d’expérience en tant que spécialiste en sourçage de talents ou dans un rôle similaire, avec un accent sur le sourçage passif et la gestion des pipelines
  • Bilingue en français et en anglais
  • Solide connaissance des techniques de sourçage, y compris les recherches booléennes, LinkedIn Recruiter, les recherches sur les réseaux sociaux et d’autres plateformes

JOB SUMMARY

The Strategic Talent Acquisition Sourcer specializes in passive sourcing strategies, talent attraction, and pipeline management while providing consultative expertise to hiring teams. The position is designed to focus on building diverse talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high demand skill sets across the McKesson enterprise. To identify and engage top-tier talent, the ideal candidate will be required to leverage industry insights and be analytical, creative, and detail-oriented.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer or in a similar role, with a focus on passive sourcing and pipeline management
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media searches, and other platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach to working with stakeholders
  • Understanding of market and industry trends with the ability to translate findings into sourcing strategies
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or industry-specific recruitment environments
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as LinkedIn, Workday, Paradox, HiredScore, and Gem is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of DEI sourcing best practices and strategies.
    The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

  • Identify and engage high-quality passive candidates using a variety of sourcing tools and techniques
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to address immediate and future hiring needs
  • Strategically manage and nurture candidate pipelines, ensuring alignment with current and forecasted hiring needs
  • Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions and statuses to support a seamless handoff to Talent Advisors
  • Conduct thorough research on market trends, talent landscapes, and competitive intelligence
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform recruitment strategies and hiring decisions
  • Collaborate with Talent Advisors and hiring managers to understand talent needs and refine sourcing strategies
  • Act as a strategic partner, sharing best practices and setting realistic expectations around market availability by leveraging data and insights
  • Craft compelling outreach messages and campaigns to attract high-potential candidates
  • Build strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the sourcing process
  • Analyze sourcing and recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-informed adjustments
  • Prepare reports on sourcing efforts, candidate engagement, and market trends
  • Leverage LinkedIn, Workday, Paradox, HiredScore, Gem, and other technologies to streamline sourcing processes and improve candidate experience
  • Stay updated on new sourcing strategies, tools, and technologies to enhance sourcing capabilities
