Description:

As an Aerial Coach you will play a pivotal role in guiding and developing individuals or groups to help them achieve their goals. Their primary responsibilities include guidance, instruction, and support to facilitate skill development and enhance performance.

Address any parent inquiries or grievances, seeking Program Manager assistance when needed.

MEMBER SATISFACTION

Address any member inquiries or grievances, seeking Program Manager support if necessary.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATION:

  • Qualifications (depending on the program).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
