SALARY RANGE: £70,000 TO £80,000 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be part of our supportive and collaborative team in Nottingham, which is made up of the Sector Project Manager, Project Managers and Engineers. You have what it takes to ensure a customer is satisfied with our solutions throughout our project lifecycles, including the skills to work with the customer to determine their needs and the best solutions available to them. You can work independently on these efforts, while also liaising closely with the various Actemium Automation project team members to help them understand their role in maintaining an effective and supportive customer relationship.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the strategy needed to continue to develop the relationship we have with the client, leading to a stronger partnership with increased activity and a clearer understanding of the potential opportunities going forwards.
- Are the primary liaison between the client and the Actemium Automation Nottingham team.
- Develop strong relationships with the client’s management and liaise with them to understand their needs for future solutions that can be provided by Actemium. You spend an average of two days per week working directly at the client’s site.
- Use Actemium’s CRM tool to capture and monitor opportunities and customer requests.
- Attend and contribute to Actemium’s quarterly client group meetings.
- Develop relationships with key Engineering, Procurement and Construction contractors (EPCs) who work with the client.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Proven ability to develop, maintain and grow strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- You can contribute to all aspects of sales activity for the sector, covering
- order bank management, customer management, surveying, and quoting.
- You have commercial awareness, demonstrated through your ability to examine, negotiate, and oversee contracts with both customers and subcontractors.
- You are a dynamic and proactive team player who strives to deliver high-quality work at the highest level of customer service.
- You can successfully coordinate and follow the results of multiple projects simultaneously, while working to demanding deadlines.
- You can demonstrate your understanding of the full project life cycle.
- You have experience in and understanding of system integration.
- You have commercial experience and with contract management.
