Our People & Culture Division are seeking a Senior Analyst to support on a wide range of reporting, HR systems support and customer requests for the Allianz Australia Limited (AAL) divisions and people and culture division.

Responsibilities:

  • Support HR Services Team Manager in day-to-day operational management, ensuring team meets service level agreements and resolves performance issues.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and consultative relationship with stakeholders, coordinating and supporting deliverables across the HR Services team.
  • Offer subject matter expertise on project initiatives, enhancements, and updates, including User Acceptance Testing and implementation activities.
  • Provide Tier 1 HR Services advice, guide administrative tasks, and support the team with system and service-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain compliant procedures, standards, guidelines, and support materials, and manage incidents, issues, and risks while maintaining HR data integrity.
