Responsibilities:
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and fast learning data entry enthusiast to join our Stock Management Team. You will be joining a team of Stock Management specialists who are responsible for reviewing all stock nationally. As the Team Leader - Stock Management, you will partner with internal stakeholders to oversee the Unfair Wear and Tear (UFWT) processes nationwide and to ensure stock is being released and proposed to sale in a timely manner to achieve maximum returns for vendors and positive experiences for buyers.
This is a full-time position that will be available for approx. a 6-month fixed term secondment, working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5.00pm. At the end of the fixed term period, you will return to your substantive position. In this role, we are looking for someone with high attention to detail, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for change.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitor the amount of stock coming into the Business Units and ensures stock is ready to be released in a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure condition reports are completed accurately and consistently nationwide
- Monitor the Unfair Wear and Tear (UFWT) process nationwide ensuring all requests are actioned in a timely manner
- Manage PAIRS Back Office by assigning requests to relevant team members and ensure they are actioned
- Develop and maintain Business Unit relationships through regular communication with key operational team members to oversee the UFWT and releases processes
- Generate reports daily to ensure DIN targets are being met within scope of team
- Provide leadership through exceptional organisation skills, setting clear direction, role clarity and performance expectations
- Conduct regular coaching/feedback sessions with all employees to build capability and facilitate higher performance
- Provide regular communication to the team through leading inclusive team meetings
- Assist in company projects
