We are looking for a SEM superstar who is ready to lead two of PHD’s tier one accounts – a large aviation company and a large automotive brand. Managing a team of experts you’ll develop strategy, work collaboratively with agency teams and clients to deliver world class performance. We’re looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, fights convention and is excited to manage the transformational journey of this client.
An expert across SEM, you’ll also have exposure to other channels and be comfortable managing those teams. You’ll be keen to contribute to the national SEM product and help raise the bar across all our agency teams. You’ll be a client leader with experience developing and implementing an agenda. Finally you’ll energetically lead your team, giving a sense of purpose to deliver the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the senior lead across a variety of accounts, leading a team of high performing digital specialists
  • Ensure clients receive a streamlined and coordinated digital strategy (and product) by working closely with the Business Management team.
  • Lead your team, encouraging them to develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers to deliver the best possible outcomes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships, know when to take the conversation “up a level” and drill down into the detail of the work that is being delivered by your team.
  • Apply a thinker mindset to unearth strategic opportunity when speaking to clients and prospects.
