To be successful, the following skill sets will be highly advantageous:

• Proven ability to administer the end-to-end Trade Spend function component of our Sales Execution
• Processing of daily sales orders for our USA business, including input of purchase orders, generating invoices and organising logistics
• Manage accounts payable invoices relating to Trade Spend to facilitate payments in conjunction with the broader sales team
• Generate and communicate commission and rebate reports for key customers
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts on a weekly basis for the CEO, CFO and National Sales Manager
• Assist with customer pricing management
• Assist with Customer Service requirements from time to time
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to lift and perform manual handling task

We have an opportunity for an experienced, Sales Analyst and Support Admin role reporting to the National Sales Manager.
