We have an excellent opportunity for a Experienced Activities Co-ordinator to join our incredible Residential Servise in LE2
Pay: £12.42 per hour.
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours a week. 1 Saturday per month

Responsibilities:
- Support people with learning disabilities to the highest standard and in line with their support plan, cultural needs and wishes.
- Work closely with the team leaders in delivering high quality positive behavioural plans and person centred routines.
- Deliver routines based on individual communication needs.
- Support people with personal care if required, which may include toileting and bathing, in line with their support plan.
- Problem solving issues as they arise..
- Complete spot checks as requested by team leader.
- Planning and implementing activities for groups, 1:1 and 2:1 support which meet their individual support needs and goals.
- Monitoring of goal sheets for each individual in the service.
- To monitor and assist with activity risk assessments within the service.
- Promote and implement LHA values through activity based activities.
- Promote social, educational, independence, daily living skills and other recreational activities.
- To organise community activities and day trips for individuals.
- Complete monthly activity reports.
- Overseeing the smooth delivery of activities throughout the week.
- To ensure a safe environment and to protect the service users from harm.
- Ensure daily paperwork is completed accurately by the teams they support.
- Undertake any other duties as appropriate.
