POSITION SUMMARY:

The Actualization Analyst is responsible for managing all product movements in ETRM system [i.e., RightAngle] for Guttman Energy’s Belle Vernon division, located in Belle Vernon, PA. This involves ensuring that all customer movements are analyzed and actualized to the correct deal in ETRM system in a timely manner. Additionally, the Actualization Analyst will create and maintain auto matcher rules as well as managing exceptions. This role requires the ability to work with large volumes of data while prioritizing responsibilities. This position is an exempt position and reports to the Manager of Operational Accounting. The Actualization Analyst position is in Belle Vernon, PA.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university, or comparable work experience.
  • Proven experience in analyzing large data sets in a timely manner.
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments. Strong attention to details.
  • Commitment to serving Guttman’s customers.
  • Ability to listen to others, express ideas both orally and in writing, and provide relevant and timely information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to process high volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience working with Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Proficiency in Excel is essential. Must know how to use VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables.
  • Typical 40-hour work week. Eight-hour daily shift worked between 7a-5p, and the incumbent must be able to work flexible hours from time to time as needed.
  • Role requires a minimum of 3 days in the office (Tues-Wed-Thurs). Monday and Friday can typically be remote.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of experience working with an ERP or trading software strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with RightAngle or similar ETRM system preferred.
  • Experience in oil & gas industry or related commodity fields preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all rack and bulk movements:
  • Match movements to sale/purchase/inventory deals.
  • Analyze and correct any movements that do not match.
  • Create manual movements for transfers.
  • Validate that all movements are processed.
  • Ensure all daily movements are received from third party sources.
  • Analyze daily accounting transactions for the Belle Vernon division.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Supply, and Inventory teams to analyze the division’s daily inventory position.
  • Create and maintain ETRM system automatcher rules.
  • Develop KPI’s and report on monthly exceptions to management.
  • Work closely with the Master Data Team on all new customer and supplier set up.
  • Perform month-end processing and analytical tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team to resolve unmatched or incorrectly matched movements.
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc analysis as assigned.
  • Service as Operational Accounting’s subject matter expert for the actualization function.
