A world in constant change. Be part of the journey! The Commercial Lines Auto Ratemaking and Business Solutions team is looking for a candidate to join it as an Advisor. Are you interested in working on various projects in collaboration with Marketing, Claims, Underwriting, Operations and our Exclusive Agent Network in an engaging environment with a focus on people development. Then you may be the one we are looking for! More specifically, you will be required to :
- Assist with your unit’s actuarial development, study, analysis and calculation initiatives
- Conceptualize and update tools, projection models, databases, systems and products, following up as needed
- Perform analysis. Prepare reports and recommendations. Provide advice and support for recommendation implementation
- Help prepare and propose action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters
- Develop and write methods and processes.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Mathematics or Statistics
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Successful completion of at least two CAS exams is beneficial but not required. Candidates with less experience and exams will still be considered
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- P & C Insurance knowledge, Microsoft Office Suite, SAS, Radar, Emblem, VBA, R are beneficial but not required
