Description:

The purpose of this role is to effectively manage the implementation and execution of Ad Ops strategies and the day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals. .
Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensures digital campaigns are trafficked effectively to achieve expected performance targets
  • Owns implementation of Ad Operation recommendations and is responsible for troubleshooting within platform (e.g. GCM)
  • Ensures campaigns are set up correctly and ad creative are in the correct format
  • Proactively reviews and manages client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns
  • Tracks and reports on campaign results, gathers data analysis and participates in weekly calls
  • Identifies non-compliance with established taxonomies and initiates correction processes to ensure data consistency
  • Oversees the campaigns’ performance against client key performance indicators
  • Develops and maintains relationships with client team and other disciplines to nurture performance growth
  • Drives effective client relationships with accurate and timely performance communication
  • Delivers accurate campaign setups and thorough testing
  • Manages and prioritises the executive and analyst workflow
  • Ensures best in class delivery of Ad Ops work
  • Builds strong relationships across client services team and with client
  • Delivers ongoing training to the team to ensure consistent and industry-leading expertise around ad serving platforms and other relevant technology
  • Communicates and manages relationships with internal and external clients
  • Communicates and manages relationships and training with media partners
  • Ensures all campaigns are trafficked in compliance with established data taxonomies
  • Provides subject matter expertise in at least one connected tech stack (i.e. Google)
  • Deploys site side tracking across multiple tag management solutions (e.g. GTM)
  • Supports operational activities and drives excellence in customer service through accurate and consistent delivery and supplier operations
  • Supports a culture of operational excellence in all client operations processes and activities.
  • Supports the team in running analysis and problem-solving sessions to improve day-to-day work and support in resolving issues with the broader business
  • Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers, including digital agencies and partners
  • Develops key media owner and senior client relationships to enhance our offering
  • Uphold a positive working culture, ensuring the organization is recognized for maintaining a strong reputation with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure monthly reporting and insights sessions take place and that the actionable outcomes are implemented by specialists.
  • Attend key client meetings with campaign managers.
  • Drive effective collaboration across account manager teams.
  • Integrate and articulate digital thinking, platforms and solutions within the planning teams
  • Establish innovative shared strategy products and processes.
