We’re seeking an Ad Ops Specialist. The Ad Ops Specialist is responsible for tagging and supporting activation of digital media campaigns. The candidate must oversee detailed elements of the campaign, including inventory oversight, tracking metrics, identifying any issues that may be negatively impacting performance, and adjustments. The AdOps Specialist will further oversee multiple specialized areas, including client Retailer onsite inventory, creative tag development, and site tag development. This individual must have a diverse skill set that allows them to handle multiple functions including technical tasks, project management, and budgeting. Candidates must reside within commuting distance from the Toronto area.
SKILLSETS REQUIRED:
- Experience with 3P ad servers – Google Ad Manager, Campaign Manager preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Highly analytical with strong quantitative skills
- Strong problem-solving ability, solutions motivated
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and Web Analytics platforms
- University Degree or College equivalent
- 3+ years Ad Operations experience

Compensation Range: $86,000 CDN - $93,000 CDN annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Responsibilities:
- Campaign setup, execution, and successful deployment
- Ensure creative adheres to Publisher specifications and guidelines
- Manage QA process of campaign setup and tag development
- Troubleshoot issues that affect implementation, tracking, or reporting
- Monitor and optimize designated campaigns to ensure full delivery and KPIs met
- Campaign reporting, creative screenshots delivery
- Maintain data quality and integrity by enforcing AdOps policies and procedures
- Regular interface with Account Managers, Media Planners, and Programmatic Specialists
