AD PA and Assistant Arts Manager

at  PAPER MONKEY THEATRE LTD

This is a full-time role as a Personal Assistant to Artistic Director and Assistant Arts Manager at Paper Monkey Theatre. You are responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the theatre, including project management, administration work as well as assist in managing Artistic Director’s daily work related appontments and work related requests. You will also be involved in arts administration and contribute to creating and organizing art-related activities and events. This is a position based in Singapore.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong project management skills
• Good knowledge of office administration inlcuding Microsfot software
• Attention to details
• Creative and a passion for the arts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Arts and Theatre Management or related fields
• Some administration knowledge in WordPress and social media apps such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
• Preferbaly billingual (English and Chinese)
