What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented,analytical, innovative, and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic benefits team. The Associate ADA Analyst position will be responsible for supporting with specific functions aligning with ADA leave administration, engaging employee in the interactive process to review accommodation request, action daily tasks, participation in strategic and innovation sessions, and other case management work as needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide end-to-end case management including engaging the employee, vendors, work location and other stakeholders
  • Manage ADA communications. Receive and respond to employee, manager and HR Partner inquiries regarding ADA status or questions
  • Execute changes in HRIS system. Ticketing system, and coordinate with applicable departments
  • Interprets and administers ADA regulations in accordance with applicable federal and state laws (FMLA, ADA, ADAAA, USERRA, Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), etc.)
  • Create or manage ADA status reporting delivery and accuracy

What You’ll Bring

  • 1 -2 years of Workplace Accommodations, Leave of Absence, or Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent in experience
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a strong sense of urgency
  • High attention to detail and customer service oriented
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills desired and HRIS or ticketing experience a plus
  • Knowledge of ADA administration and management, ERISA, ACA,HIPAA
