Description:

Position Summary: Requires a dynamic and diligent specialist to be a member of a newly formed team dedicated to the development and continuous improvement of Addepar, our investment performance and client reporting system. As a member of the team, the specialist will be the first point of contact for resolving issues, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering excellent service to internal users and clients while also contributing to the strategic direction of the Addepar product roadmap within our investment ecosystem. This role is crucial in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our reporting systems and supporting the wealth management process. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, experience with Addepar, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in processes and systems for our investment and trust teams.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Addepar experience in an operations or product management role, preferably in wealth management, fund administration, or related financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of investment products (e.g., equities, fixed income, alternatives), and financial markets.
  • Proven history of delivering successful investment performance and/or client reporting solutions.
  • High level of accuracy and diligence, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Organizational skills to manage data, projects, and processes.
  • Knowledge of FIS TrustDesk a plus

    Visual Acuity Requirements. Close visual acuity and the ability to adjust focus, with or without correction, are required to perform activities such as, viewing a computer monitor or written materials and documents; reading; writing; preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; close visual inspection. Some distance vision and color vision may be necessary.
    Environmental Conditions. A person is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and only exposed to moderate noise; they may occasionally work near moving mechanical parts or machinery such as a copier/printer.
