We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR professionals and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, working with a digital hat on.
Your primary focus will be on leveraging Power Automate to streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance efficiency within our HR department.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Collaborate with HR team members to identify areas where automation can improve workflows.
- Design, develop, and implement Power Automate flows to automate manual processes such as employee onboarding, leave requests, and data entry.
- Create and maintain documentation for Power Automate processes, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
- Support HR projects related to administration from a Digital perspective.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance overall HR operations.
- Knowledge transfer of the generated automations to the organization.
