Job Description
Job Purpose
Responsible for carrying out additive manufacturing processes to produce Plexsonic’s custom in ear monitors and train new hires on manufacturing processes.
Job Duties and Description

New hires will carry out the following tasks from 1100-1900h Tuesdays to Saturdays in Plexsonic’s office located at 68 Peck Seah Street #02-02 S079327.

• 3D scan ear impressions
• Modelling of in ear monitors using specialized 3D modelling software
• Prepare and execute 3D printing of in ear monitor parts
• Post process and assemble printed parts
• Testing of and quality control completed products
• Take customer’s ear impressions
• Assist customers in store

Education
Diploma
Experience
Applicants are not required to have any prior experience or knowledge and will be trained on the job.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Applicants are required to have steady hands for the in ear monitor assembly process.
Applicants are required to wear personal protective equipment such as face masks and googles during 3D printing processes.
Experience in 3D modelling and 3D printing either in a personal or professional capacity will help new hires be able to better understand the job.
