Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth operation of DFMS products.
  • Address urgent issues outside regular work hours.
  • Manage deployment and testing of software versions whilst also proactively monitoring networks for issue detection and resolution.
  • Create and update support documentation.
  • Analyse issues, provide solutions, and suggest improvements. Communicate with users and system managers directly and via internal tickets.
