OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist/Chaperone to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing patient attendance efficiently. This role is vital in ensuring a smooth operation within the medical practice, contributing to a positive patient experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a FOH receptionist in a healthcare setting ideally in Skin Care.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • A compassionate approach towards patient care and a commitment to maintaining professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Chaperone patients to designated room.
  • Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary.
  • Occasionally advising patients or walk-ins of products on sale so knowledge of the Skin industry is key.
  • Calling patients who are late for their session.
  • These are ad hoc shifts so would suit someone with complete flexibility like a student or someone who is looking for extra shift work.
