Après avoir inauguré trois magasins Home Société en Ontario, le groupe est fier d’annoncer l’ouverture, début 2025, de son premier magasin Home Société au Québec, situé à Royalmount. Cet espace, mettra en avant une sélection des marques du groupe, dont Maison Corbeil, MUST et Jardin de Ville, avec un accent sur l’innovation et le design.
Sous la responsabilité de la direction des ventes, l’adjoint.e administratif.ive- Service à la clientèle en magasin sera le premier point de contact entre les clients et le magasin. Elle doit donc s’assurer que ces derniers vivent une expérience de magasinage exceptionnelle en les accueillant de façon dynamique et en répondant à leurs questions promptement et avec exactitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and courteously greet our customers;
  • Handle inquiries via phone and email from clients and other departments;
  • Analyze customer service cases and provide solutions, considering the severity and urgency of the situation;
  • Perform various administrative tasks: cash register closing, client file follow-ups, payment processing, etc.;
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team (e.g., preparing contracts);
  • Submit delivery requests to the appropriate department.
