We are looking for an Executive Assistant to partner with the CFO and provide administrative support to the Aluminium product group’s leadership team and Montreal Head Office.

This position is a great opportunity to play a key role within the Aluminium product group’s leadership team and provide the support and coordination required for key finance processes across strategy, capital allocation, planning and performance.Reporting to the CFO, you will:

  • Support the Aluminium CFO and Finance Leadership team in the organisation of finance processes and meetings such as the Monthly Performance Reviews, PG Investment Committee or Risk Forums amongst others;
  • Support effective collaboration between the CFO and Finance Leadership team;
  • Manage their calendar by prioritizing inquiries and meeting request;
  • Manage emails, calls and important follow-ups;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact on various matters, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature;
  • Coordinate multiple projects and meetings as well as their logistics;
  • Manage a wide variety of administrative tasks: organize travel, draft and prepare documents and emails, share internal communications, etc.;
  • Plan travel and make all required reservations;
  • Work closely with the Executive Assistant group of the management team;
  • Manage expense accounts and budget tracking;
  • Perform all other related duties.
