Inner Circle Agency is looking to fill a role in Montreal as an Administrative Assistant in a reputed law firm’s litigation department. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an administrative assistant in a legal or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Autonomous worker with initiative, able to follow instructions independently.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the associates.
  • Organize and manage schedules and tasks.
  • Handle correspondence, calendar, travel, and meeting arrangements.
  • Communicate with clients when needed.
  • Enter time records.
  • Manage expense accounts.
  • Coordinate billing documents, track and follow up with unpaid invoices.
