REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an administrative assistant in a legal or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Autonomous worker with initiative, able to follow instructions independently.
- Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the associates.
- Organize and manage schedules and tasks.
- Handle correspondence, calendar, travel, and meeting arrangements.
- Communicate with clients when needed.

- Coordinate billing documents, track and follow up with unpaid invoices.
