The Opportunity
Lesley University’s Department of Counseling & Psychology is seeking a qualified adjunct faculty member to teach the following course:
GCOUP 8006, Quantitative Methods.
Sept 15 and 16; November 16 and 17, 9am-6pm, FA24. Fully on-ground.
This doctoral course is designed to provide students with skills in research design and techniques of quantitative data analysis, as a means of facilitating both a deeper understanding of published research and in preparation for conducting the student’s own research. Quantitative research designs will include experimental, quasi-experimental, comparative, and correlational approaches. Students will develop conceptual understanding as well as the ability to solve practical problems utilizing analytic software.
Qualities and Capabilities

A successful candidate will have:

  • PhD (preferred), with experience teaching in the particular discipline.
  • Successful teaching experience at the graduate level.
