JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, payroll processing (weekly and monthly), and advanced proficiency in English and Excel. Experience in workplace safety and hygiene is highly desirable.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration and payroll.
- Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
- High proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Knowledge or experience in workplace safety and hygiene (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR administrative tasks including employee records, contracts, and benefits.
- Oversee payroll processing on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to track and analyze HR data, payroll, and performance metrics.
- Assist in the implementation of health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
