REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is of advantage for thisposition
- Proficient in computer skills especially Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous and possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Effective organisational and time-management skills
- Follow instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
- Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma inBusiness Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Executive experienced in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent wouldbe of added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure overall efficient operation of the audit team
- General administrative duties such as preparing, sorting, scanning and filing ofdocuments mails and emails, etc
- Assist with the preparation of audit engagement letters, etc
- Collaborate and work with the department’s stakeholders in providing updates to thewider team
- Assist with the preparation of, and disseminating the audit bills to client
- Assist with the collections of Audit bills and keeping the Audit team’s aging in check
- Coordinate staff activities
- Act as the point of contact between Staff and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage emails including checking incoming/outgoing emails and following up asnecessary
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and appointments
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as assigned by theManagers
