Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is of advantage for thisposition
  • Proficient in computer skills especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous and possess analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Effective organisational and time-management skills
  • Follow instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma inBusiness Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Executive experienced in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent wouldbe of added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure overall efficient operation of the audit team
  • General administrative duties such as preparing, sorting, scanning and filing ofdocuments mails and emails, etc
  • Assist with the preparation of audit engagement letters, etc
  • Collaborate and work with the department’s stakeholders in providing updates to thewider team
  • Assist with the preparation of, and disseminating the audit bills to client
  • Assist with the collections of Audit bills and keeping the Audit team’s aging in check
  • Coordinate staff activities
  • Act as the point of contact between Staff and internal/external stakeholders
  • Manage emails including checking incoming/outgoing emails and following up asnecessary
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and appointments
  • Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as assigned by theManagers
