We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for our Jenkintown Office Location

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year receptionist and/or secretarial and/or administrative experience required.
  • Experience in Home Health Care preferred.
  • Spanish Speaking required

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, respond to inquiries and/or direct visitors to the appropriate staff.
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls, retrieve all voice-mail messages, respond to inquiries and/or transfer the caller to the appropriate staff.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages and faxes.
  • Other related clerical duties as assigned.
