We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for our Jenkintown Office Location
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year receptionist and/or secretarial and/or administrative experience required.
- Experience in Home Health Care preferred.
- Spanish Speaking required
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, respond to inquiries and/or direct visitors to the appropriate staff.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls, retrieve all voice-mail messages, respond to inquiries and/or transfer the caller to the appropriate staff.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages and faxes.
- Other related clerical duties as assigned.
