Description:

We, at Tay Dental Surgery, seek administrative support to join our fast-moving, highly congenial workplace. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, and skilled in developing and maintaining workplace and customer relationships.
Tay Dental Surgery is located within Bukit Timah Plaza. We have been at this location for 27 years. We have 7 dentists, 3 of whom are specialists.
We have 2 positions available.
1. Receptionist position. This will be LEVEL 1 and 2 competencies
2. Admin position. This will be LEVEL 1 to 6 competencies
Training will be provided for both positions.
The 6 levels of competence is described below:
1. Receptionist - “gatekeeper” for patients. How to register patients, make appointments, collect fees. How to prepare counter for the day. (Input for patients is through phone, voicemail, email, what’sapp)
2. Receptionist - to be liaise with Labs, Specialists that we refer to, how to document interactions.
3. Admin - Training on making END DAY summaries, summaries for CHAS, Medisave, invoices, petty cash. Training to organise clinic workschedule.
4. Admin - Training on management of staff, annual leave, medical leave, summary of time sheet, management of staff responsibilities.
5. Admin - Management of Inventory and Emergency Drugs.
6. Admin - Management of End Month summaries. Helping Drs follow-up with treatment plans.
