JOB DESCRIPTION
- Industry/ Organization Type: Food manufacturing
- Position Title: Admin Assistant
- Working Location: Tai Seng
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (M-F, 730am-430pm; Sat, 730am-1130am)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,300 + Housing Allowance + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback efficiently.
- Process orders to ensure they are completed on time each day.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure products are delivered on schedule.
- Help plan the best delivery routes and manage operations like stock movement.
- Assist in preparing quotes and tender documents.
- Provide administrative support for daily business activities.
- Support operations to ensure smooth processes.
- Perform any additional duties or projects as needed.
