ADMIN ASSISTANT

Gael Force Group specialise in the building of marina pontoons, breakwaters, designing and building of feed barge operations and other aquaculture related engineering activities.
Responsibilities:
We are searching for an Admin Assistant to join our team at Gael Force Group Ltd, based in Inverness.
This role is part-time, Monday-Friday, with flexibility in start and end times to work around your existing commitments and schedule.
A contract between 20-30 hours is available.
What were looking for:
- Support the Production team with administrative tasks (uploading files, emailing external customers/vendors as and when required)
- Offer additional support to the finance team.
- Processing of Purchase Orders based on Project Managers instruction.
- Processing of Consumable Stock and PPE Purchase orders as per Purchase Requisition form.
- Assisting Project Managers and Service Managers with Admin tasks such as booking accommodation and travel for employees.
- Organisation of logistics based on Production Managers instruction.
- General Administration, filing and other ad-hoc duties as the business dictates.
- Assistance in the administration of quality assurance documentation.
- Assisting the Commercial Director in preparing job reports.
- Contribute towards improving processes and procedure.
- To follow all company policies and procedures.
- Any other work as could reasonably be expected of this role.
