Job Description:
Admin Assistant handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry. In this role, you will be required to oversee administrative and clerical activities; greet and direct office visitor, organize and retrieve information and documents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing of all permits
Checking of delivery gatepass
Assist with Documentations
Follow up orders of clients
Follow up of the shipment from Capex
Received escalations of clients
Assist Admin Supervisor
Communicating with clients through email and answering inquiries.
Perform other job related to his position as advised by superior
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php645.00 per day
