You should be able to work with a variety of people, be self-motivated and can work independently as well as in a team. There is a lot going on in this role, so being organized, able to juggle priorities and having strong problem-solving skills is also important.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in the community sector
  • 1+ years of experience in administration, preferably within NDIS and community sector
  • Experience in the coordination of activities and compliance with policies
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Undertake various miscellaneous tasks and assignments as directed by management.
  • Assist in special projects, research, or tasks that may arise to support the organization’s objectives.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, Onboarding/induction of new staffs.
