Description:
We’re on the lookout for an Admin Assistant to be based in Gauteng.
As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Sales Tracking
- Co-Ordination of Trade Visits
- Budget Management
- Office Administration
- Call Diary Management and General Administration
- POSM Execution Tracking
- Picture Reports - Powerpoint
- Project Management: co-ordination of events/conferences etc
- Collating of Reports (Excel/Power Point)
- 1-2 year’s secretarial/admin experience, preferably in retail /FMCG||Essential / Minimum|0-5 years|
- Grade 12/NQF level 4
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal & written)
- Sales objective achievement skills
- Financial management skills
- Planning and organising skills
- Time management
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy - MS office suite - Imtermediate to Advanced Level
- Abiity to work under extreme pressure
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and ensure delivery of multiple requests
- Self-Starter and forward thinker
