Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide day administration/clerical support
  • Handle reception counter and manage all incoming calls
  • Front desk administration cum reception duties such as receiving and attending to clients
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
  • Organize files, perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist and follow up activities assigned with department’s procedures and rules * Process related communications, including phone calls, emails, correspondence, mail and faxes.
  • Order office suppliers and keep an inventory of stock (pantry supplies and stationery)
  • Collect letters, sort and distribute incoming letters and faxes
  • Other ad-hoc tasks that assigned by superior or manager

Job Requirement:

  • Able to start immediately will be an advantageous
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s degree/Professional in Business Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Able to multi task, meticulous and well organized
  • Strong computer literacy and knowledge in MS Office proficiency, especially with Excel and Word.
  • Strong collaboration skills to accomplish the work assigned
  • Able to work independently and open-minded to solve tasks with initiatives
  • No experience is required as training will be provided
