Description:

Contract Period: From 3 March 2025 to 28 February 2026 with an option to extend for another 1 year.

Working hours:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 5.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of services:
1. Manage the school’s reception counter and front desk support (e.g. handling enquiries, calls & walk-ins)
2. Recording and distribution of mails
3. Assist in general administrative and data entry duties (e.g. student early departure, student latecomers record, etc)
4. Assist in stationery inventory management
5. Assist in keypress management
6. Any other duties assigned by the Authority
Qualifications, skills and experience:
1. O level or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience working in the school or similar environment
2. Good interpersonal, customer-oriented and time management skills in staff support
3. Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team
4. Ability to use IT systems such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint et
