EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education or comparable work experience.
  • 1+ years’ experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with kids, youth and community partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Well organized and able to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and detail orientated.
  • Ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable dealing with external stakeholders and fostering positive working relationships.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for FCSA, proactively answer or redirect incoming requests
  • Maintain and coordinate the Academy’s calendar, contacts, and meetings
  • Support FCSA’s coaches, and staff
  • Support FCSA membership relations by coordinating and maintaining ongoing interaction with members each year.
  • Maintain FCSA’s membership contact database.
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Send and receive messages
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Work closely with the marketing team to keep social media channels up to date.
  • Assist the coaches during training sessions
