Description:

We are a two-partner firm of Chartered Management Accountants who also operate a prestigious business centre providing everything a business could need - registered office services, full accountancy support, and serviced offices in the heart of Beckenham. SMEs and exceptional client service are at the core of everything we do.
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrative Assistant to join us on a part-time 3-month fixed contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your experience in office administration, become the face of our business centre, and potentially secure a permanent position based on exceptional performance. The ideal candidate will be an excellent and clear communicator with previous administrative experience in a similar role, a can-do attitude, and strong attention to detail. Taking ownership of tasks and maintaining a professional demeanour are essential qualities we value.

SKILLS:

  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications; additional training or certification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Reliable and responsible, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and completing tasks accurately
  • Professional and friendly demeanour with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail

PACKAGE:

  • £27,000 per year (pro-rata, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience)
  • Part-time 3-month fixed contract position (16 hours per week, Thursdays and Fridays from 9am to 5.30pm)
