Description:
We are a established measuring tools company, looking for an admin assistant to take charge of:
1. Keying in of invoice accurately.
2. Answering calls from customers (in Chinese and English).
3. Assisting online quotations and orders
4.Miscellaneous tasks.
Looking for someone friendly and dilligent. Will be able to learn on the job. 5 days work week, Mon-Fri (9am to 5.30pm)
