Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher NITEC or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of supply chain or admin experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative problem solver, capable of thinking outside the box.
  • Skilled at multitasking and excelling in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data in supply chain systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in analyzing supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with procurement-related activities, including managing the purchasing process from initial inquiries to evaluating quotations or RFPs/RFQs.
  • Evaluate and approve the vendor creation process under supervision.
  • Perform supply chain administration tasks, such as addressing daily stakeholder inquiries or complaints and offering compliance guidance.
  • Communicate with vendors and participate in discussions when needed.
  • Coordinate projects or task with direction and support from supply chain team.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.
