Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher NITEC or Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of supply chain or admin experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative problem solver, capable of thinking outside the box.
- Skilled at multitasking and excelling in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in supply chain systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in analyzing supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist with procurement-related activities, including managing the purchasing process from initial inquiries to evaluating quotations or RFPs/RFQs.
- Evaluate and approve the vendor creation process under supervision.
- Perform supply chain administration tasks, such as addressing daily stakeholder inquiries or complaints and offering compliance guidance.
- Communicate with vendors and participate in discussions when needed.
- Coordinate projects or task with direction and support from supply chain team.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
