Description:

OUR ESTEEMED CLIENT, AN ESTABLISHED COMPANY, IS SEARCHING FOR A PART-TIME ADMIN ASSISTANT:

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the processing of invoices to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Review and verify invoice details, correcting any discrepancies as needed.
  • Accurately input and update data into excel and databases.
  • Assist various department heads and team members with administrative tasks and projects.
  • Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information for accurate record-keeping.

Requirements

  • GCE O levels and above.
  • Minimum 1 year of admin experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Additional Information

  • Working Location: West Singapore (Company pick-up provided)
  • Working Hours: 3 Days Weekly (8am - 5:30pm)
  • Salary Package: $1,500 + Lunch Provided
