POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking an intern (preferably NYSC) to fill the position of Admin Associate in Ikoyi.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 0 – 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.·Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Process and package orders efficiently.
  • Record and monitor all packagespicked up by our logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels and ensure follow-ups are conducted.
  • Maintain a daily report of products sold by the company.
  • Oversee monthly inventory and stock-taking.
  • Compile a list of products that need restocking.
  • Engage customers via WhatsApp marketing, including updating profile pictures, statuses, and catalogues regularly.
  • Perform other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
