JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles. The Admin/Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health of our organization.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero, is essential.
  • Strong understanding of account analysis, account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and related regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
  • Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts by providing necessary financial information.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during audits to provide required documentation and support.
  • Ensure that all financial practices adhere to company policies and accounting standards.
