JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
  • Microsoft preferred
  • Able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills & good teamwork
  • Strong in follow-up

Responsibilities:

  • To perform all bookkeeping activities
  • Payroll and all associated administration
  • Assisting with all other admin & ad-hoc related duties
  • Ensure proper filing system and documentation
  • Maintain / Renewal of employees’ skills and certification database
  • Support Project Team with administrative/clerical duties.
  • Handle public inquiries, complaints, and feedback.Manage of purchasing process including purchasing order and invoices
