Description:
The role is ring fenced to people with Care Experience ONLY, due to the funding source.
A care-experienced person refers to someone who has been looked after by the local authority at any point in their life, including adopted children, those under supervision orders, fostered or kinship care
The post holder will be responsible for providing day to day administrative support to The Academy, Learning & Development (L&D) and Widening Participation (WP) teams and will undertake a range of administrative and clerical duties.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly to ensure that the needs of the two services/teams are met.

Support the Academy function working towards the Divisional Objectives and understanding your place within the Trust’s Vision and Plan.
Duties include: close liaison with internal colleagues and external partners, education and learning providers etc regarding learning across the Trust; ensuring correspondence is managed efficiently in a timely manner and learning activities are supported effectively. This will include the accurate inputting and maintenance of learning and WP information, maintaining registers, liaising with delegates and taking responsibility for the electronic inboxes as well as other general office duties.

- Support diary management of the team.
- Coordinate materials for learning activities in good time, ahead of training taking place.
- Use Microsoft Word/Excel/Desktop Publisher/PowerPoint etc to produce reports and other information required by the Teams.

- Ensure adherence to the Information Governance Policy.

- Order equipment and stationery using NEP Oracle and NHS Supply Chain systems ensuring stock levels are monitored and maintained.

- Adhere to the organisational policies.

- Support employee and learning information being captured and maintained in ESR, the LMS and the intranet in line with Information Governance requirements.
- Scan appropriate information as required to support a paper free environment.
- Undertake photocopying and document production.
